The BOLDER Framework

The BOLDER Framework brings practical structure to the messy process of navigating change and becoming a bolder version of yourself without pretending everyone follows the same path.

Transformation Needs More Than Good Intentions

Transformation Needs More Than Good Intentions

Most of us have spent plenty of time thinking about what needs to change. The harder part is doing something differently once the realization wears off. The BOLDER Framework gives personal growth enough structure to move from insight into everyday practice, while leaving room for the fact that real life is messy and no two people change the same way.

The BOLDER Framework

The BOLDER Framework

B - Build

Build The Foundation

Before you decide what comes next, you need an honest understanding of where you are now. Build focuses on your values, well-being, priorities, and the parts of your life that are supporting you—or quietly wearing you down.

O - Organize

Make Sense Of The Mess

Change can stir up a lot of competing thoughts, responsibilities, expectations, and emotions. Organize helps you sort through the noise, understand what deserves your energy, and separate what actually matters to you from everything you’ve been told should matter.

L - Lead

Take Ownership Of Your Life

Self-leadership means trusting your voice, making intentional decisions, and taking responsibility for the direction of your life. Lead explores boundaries, communication, courage, and what it looks like to stop waiting for permission to choose differently.

D - Design

Decide What Comes Next

Once you understand what no longer fits, you can begin building something that does. Design helps you redefine success, imagine new possibilities, and create a realistic vision for how you want your life to look, feel, and function.

E - Embody

Practice Living It

You do not become a different person because you made an excellent plan in a notebook. Embody is where insight becomes action through new habits, experiments, conversations, choices, and ways of caring for yourself. This is where you begin living like the person you are becoming.

R - Reflect

Learn, Adjust, and Keep Going

Transformation rarely moves in a perfectly straight line. Reflect gives you space to notice what is changing, learn from what isn’t working, recognize your progress, and make adjustments without treating every setback like proof that you’ve failed.

Ideal Personality

Understand How You're Wired

The BOLDER Framework gives you a path, but the way you move through it depends on who you are.

Ideal Personality™ helps you understand how you naturally think, communicate, make decisions, respond to change, and use your mental energy. You may recognize yourself as a Director, Creator, Sequencer, Unifier, or a combination of styles.

These styles are not boxes to squeeze yourself into or excuses for staying stuck. They give us a shared language for understanding your strengths, patterns, needs, and blind spots so your growth doesn’t depend on following advice designed for someone completely different from you.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to complete the BOLDER Framework in order?

The six parts are designed to build on one another, so we generally move through them in order. That doesn't mean you'll finish one stage, tie it up with a neat little bow, and never return to it. Personal growth is rarely that cooperative. We may revisit different parts of the framework as your needs and circumstances change.

How do I know which Becoming Bolder experience is right for me?

Rachel and Christa are always available for free consultations so that they can help navigate which option is going to be the best fit for you. Click on the button below to book.

Can I listen to the free workshop before choosing a coaching option?

Absolutely. That's precisely why the workshop exists. You'll receive an introduction to the BOLDER Framework and get a feel for our approach before deciding whether group or private coaching is right for you. There is no obligation to enroll afterward.

Will both Rachel and Christa lead the coaching sessions?

Yes. Both Rachel and Christa lead the Becoming Bolder coaching experiences, bringing two very different but complimentary perspectives to the work. This allows for a more well-rounded approach to personal development.

What makes the small-group coaching experience different from a workshop?

The free workshop provides a 60-minute overview of the BOLDER Framework. The 60-day group experience goes much deeper, with weekly coaching, guided exercises, accountability, and ongoing conversations with other growth-oriented people. The workshop introduces the ideas; the group experience gives you the time and support to actually live them.

Are group coaching conversations confidential?

We require everyone participating in group coaching to respect the privacy of the group and keep other participants' stories and personal information confidential. We will also explain the expectations and limits of confidentiality before the experience begins.

Can I join after the 60-day experience has started?

No. Enrollment closes once each 60-day group begins. The sessions build on one another, and keeping the group closed gives participants the consistency, trust, and shared experience needed to have honest conversations. However, we do offer multiple sessions of the 60-day experience so you can always join the next one.

What is the cancellation or refund policy?

The free workshop can be canceled at any time. Because each 60-day group is limited to 15 participants, payments become nonrefundable once the experience begins. Private coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice; sessions canceled after that deadline may be charged in full. Complete cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be provided upon payment.
